Inquiries about practice are welcome. Just call us at 847-475-3015 for more information or to visit a sitting. Our office hours are generally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am - 3pm. Wednesday's hours are 8am to 12 noon.
Guests from other Zen centers are welcome to attend regularly scheduled sittings. We request that guests call 847-475-3015 before attending such events to confirm our schedule.
